Flovac returns to the Port of Valencia: a system that works, 20 years on<\/h2>\n

More than 20 years ago, the Port of Valencia<\/strong> hosted one of the most important nautical events in the world: the America\u2019s Cup 2007<\/strong>.<\/a> For that project, the former Valencia Consortium<\/strong> <\/a>chose an innovative and efficient solution for wastewater management: Flovac\u2019s<\/a> vacuum sewer system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It was one of the first major projects<\/strong> where our system<\/a> was implemented, marking an important milestone both for the city and for Flovac.<\/p>\n

A system that has proven its reliability over time<\/h3>\n

Two decades later, the system is still operating perfectly<\/strong>, with no structural issues, optimal performance and fully meeting the standards for which it was designed.<\/p>\n

This not only confirms the robustness and durability of the Flovac system<\/strong>, but also proves that vacuum sewer technology is an ideal solution for ports and marinas<\/strong>, where technical, environmental and operational requirements are particularly demanding.<\/p>\n

A new stage: modernisation of the equipment at Marina Port Valencia<\/h3>\n

Today, Marina Port Valencia<\/strong>, as the concession holder, has awarded Flovac<\/strong> the project for the modernisation of the existing system\u2019s equipment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The project includes the upgrade of three stations<\/strong>, incorporating technical and technological improvements to meet current operational needs, while preserving the core of a system that has demonstrated its effectiveness for more than 20 years.<\/p>\n

Rather than a replacement, this is a modernisation of a fully functional infrastructure<\/strong>, ready to continue operating efficiently for many years to come.<\/p>\n

A clear example of the value of the Flovac system in marinas and ports<\/h3>\n

This project is further proof that the Flovac system works \u2014 and works very well<\/strong>, especially in:<\/p>\n
