Flovactronic is a vacuum sewer system management software. Thanks to its intelligent monitoring, it can inform the operators of any problem within the network, such as infiltrations, illegal connection of rainwater in the owner’s house or failures/obstructions in the system.

On the one hand, the software manages all the existing components in a vacuum station. That is: the tank level, the vacuum level, the motor’s operation hours and the state of the protections and the variators of the motors.

On the other hand, the software monitors the vacuum network. That is: the state of each vacuum valve, the state of each sectioning valve and the level of vacuum at intermediate points or line ends. The management can be global (station and vacuum network) or specific to the vacuum station.

Thanks to the use of the latest technologies (automata and color touch screens, data lines specially indicated for long distances & 4G communications) Flovactronic is a system that is very easy to implement and it is functional from the first moment of commissioning of the installation. In addition, it is cheaper than other alternatives available so far.

With this new technology it is possible to monitor the installation from the same vacuum station, on any PDA device or from a web server anywhere on the planet. Furthermore, the control can be easily adapted to both newly created and existing SCADA’s.
