We have signed a second contract for the remodeling of Club de Mar, located in Palma de Mallorca, in this case, to provide the pipes and vacuum wells for the buildings’ sewerage.
The remodeling of Club de Mar is being carried out in two areas, awarded to two different construction companies: Marina and Edificaciones. Both networks will be connected to a single vacuum station. In the marina area, Flovac was already collaborating since 2021, serving pipes, manholes and turrets for emptying wastewater from yachts, from the smallest to the largest, with lengths greater than 150 meters. The hydrocarbonated waters are treated with hydrocarbon separators also supplied by Flovac.
Our technology offers an efficient, sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional sewerage systems, as it reduces the consumption of water, energy and chemical products.
The advantage of Flovac’s vacuum sanitation technology is that it allows wastewater to be transported more efficiently and with less energy than conventional systems. Vacuum evacuation in sanitation pipes increases speed and prevents clogging and bad odors, making the system cheaper and easier to maintain.
In addition, both the manholes for the boats and the wells for the buildings are supervised by the Flovactronic software, which allows exhaustive and real-time supervision of everything that happens in the marina’s vacuum sanitation network.
With this tool, operators can remotely monitor and control the system, detect any problems and fix them quickly and efficiently.
In short, Flovac’s collaboration in the Club de Mar remodeling project is yet another example of the importance of vacuum sanitation technology in the recreational boating industry and in construction in general.
